The Loan Process – Step by Step

a. Contact Us by calling or texting 806-370-0067 to visit with one of our team members to learn more about our loan programs. You may also fill out a brief contact Us form and we will contact you within 24 hours

2. Apply Now

a. Submit an application
b. Once the application is completed, our loan processor will pull your credit report and review preliminary details about your application.

3. Discuss Your Loan Program

a. Once your application is received, our loan processor will visit with you about which program fits you best. Our team will reach out and communicate details with you about your pre-qualification and the next steps.
b. We will explain to you the way our transaction works, from a contract offer on a home, to signing closing documents.

4. Complete Underwriting for Approval

a. Our underwriter will request and verify income documentation, and any additional details needed for final approval. It is important to provide the necessary documentation as quickly as possible to complete your approval.
b. Required Disclosures will be sent to you for signature
c. An Appraisal will be ordered once a contract is receipted at the title company.
d. Home Insurance will be requested from you; we can help you with this process if you would like or need recommendations.

5. Schedule Closing

a. We will be in communication with you as your closing date approaches. We will walk you through the closing process to ensure you are comfortable and aware of everything that is to close on your new home loan.
