OUR LOANS ARE QUICK AND PAINLESS
Our loan programs are designed to encompass many different employment situations and as such require different documents to verify the loan is the right fit for you. Our underwriter will walk you through the documents that will be required for your loan as well as any additional info needed for qualification.
Self-Employed
When it comes to obtaining financing as a self-employed borrower, we understand it can be difficult. Our goal is to make the process as flexible and simple as possible. Whether you are a small business owner with write-offs or a freelancer that works on contract, we will do our best to make the process as easy as possible.
- 12 months of business bank statements or 6 months of personal bank statements
- Profit/Loss Statement if available
Investor
As an investor, we know it can be frustrating or complicated to verify income. Whether you are a first-time investor or a seasoned veteran, we would like to make qualifying for a loan a straightforward experience for you.

W2 Wage Earner
Our W2 wage earner loan program has more relaxed lending rules than traditional lenders.
- Most recent 30 days of paystubs
- 90 days of bank statements
ITIN
Obtaining financing as an ITINborrower can be intimidating and challenging. Our goal is to ensure that our process is uncomplicated as to what is needed to qualify.
- ITIN form and documentation
- 2 forms of ID – Passport and one other ID with a photo of the applicant
- 2 bills or form of payment history, i.e. phone bill, utility bill, rent payment history
- 30 days of paystubs or 6 months of bank statements
Cash Paid Employees
We recognize that qualifying as a cash paid employee is difficult when every lender asks for a W-2 or tax return. We strive to be flexible and understanding in that each person’s income circumstances are unique.
